It is possible to automate the heat lamps.
The lamps can be adjusted according to an automatic curve, which is set up according to the needs of the piglets, usually between 35-40 degrees at birth. The temperature will then gradually drop over 10 days and eventually turn off. The automation takes into account room temperature throughout the year, but especially in the summer when the room temperature can be over 30 degrees, which means that the lamps automatically switch off if the room temperature corresponds to the setting.
